The location and facilities were acceptable .

The reception staff demonstrated poor service with a lack of explanation or guidance I found this unacceptable for a hotel of this rating. The cleaning staff also failed to replenish complimentary drinking water in the room This omission was quite irritating. These service failures affected my overall impression

convenient location modern amenities friendly staff

I found the location very convenient to many attractions. The modern amenities in the large room and the big comfortable bed were great. I also appreciated the lounge and the friendly staff. The breakfast had many Asian dishes pastries European options and fresh fruit. It was easy to access transport links like bus and subway.

The location was close to the port which was convenient.

The reception staff was unhelpful and showed no willingness to assist me. I received no explanation about hotel facilities and services. the cleaning staff did not replenish the complimentary drinking water in my room.

i found the room spacious. the staff provided excellent service. aloysius from the m lounge was especially cute. one of the breakfast buffet workers.

the pool was a little cold (seemed like a german indoor pool).

the ballroom at level 10 hosted our hari raya celebration. the sales team, specifically ms valerie and ms wendy, were very helpful. they were accommodating and well-versed in protocols. the banquet team, led by mr lutfi, was responsive and professional.

the hotel didn't provide bottled water in the rooms, i found that inconvenient.
